Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel’s revenue optimization efforts and Reservations Department. This role drives financial performance through data-driven strategy, pricing, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while upholding Four Seasons’ commitment to exceptional luxury service. What You Will Do. Lead and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and Rev. PAR in alignment with brand standards. Oversee room inventory, rate availability, and segment mix optimization to drive profitability. Partner with Sales & Marketing to manage group allocations, evaluate displacement, and balance transient and group demand. Analyze key performance metrics including forecasts, booking pace, market segmentation, and channel performance. Develop pricing architecture including BAR levels, negotiated rates, packages, and yield controls. Optimize suite and premium inventory strategies and lead upselling initiatives across Reservations and Front Office. Oversee systems utilization including Opera PMS and Delphi, ensuring accuracy and strategic data usage. Prepare and present revenue performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. Recruit, train, and mentor the Reservations team, fostering a high-performance culture. Participate in hotel leadership meetings, including forecasting, executive, and sales strategy sessions. What You Bring. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management or Reservations within luxury hospitality. Strong expertise in revenue strategy, forecasting, pricing, and analytics. Proficiency in Opera (or similar PMS), Delphi, and revenue management systems. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills. What We Offer: -
