1. Team Leadership & Performance Management: - Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements. - Drive to exceed personal/team/ Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership. - Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives .. Operational Excellence & Standardized Work: - Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts .. Relationship Building & Communication: - Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams. - Act as a two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers .. Development & Coaching: - Support peer team by training, coaching, and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors .. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: - Be highly committed to continuous improvement, applying innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset. - Develop Kaizen projects to improve processes for material handling operations .. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - Manage and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the zone control center .. Safety & Policy Implementation: - Create a safety culture; apply and implement workplace policies consistently. You'll have... - High School Diploma or GED - 2-3 years as a Process Coach - Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
