Direct and indirect care to patients and their families under the general supervision of the Registered Nurse. Assist patients with activities of daily living: bathing, showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating. Maintain a safe environment of care. Patient transportation. Prepare patients for surgery. Perform non-invasive lab procedures. Transport equipment and supplies. Assist with treatments. Perform various clerical tasks. Take vital signs. REQUIREMENTS - Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) with WA State (please indicate your NA-C credential number on your resume)High School graduation and six months experience involving direct patient care or customer service in a health care setting;Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
