Monitor workflows to ensure activities are completed accurately, consistently, efficiently, and on schedule (20%). Compose communications with provider organizations through webinars, newsletters, and other formats (20%). Track milestones and deliverables across the project including coordinating all fidelity data and contract reports and meeting deadlines (20%). Manage all day-to-day operations of the project (10%). Support fidelity data collection and provide technical support to the COE and Wrap. Stat users (10%). Collect, clean, and analyze data related to implementation, outcomes, satisfaction, and other data (10%). Serve as a primary operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholder (5%). Other activities as needed to support the COE or other WERT projects (5%). Required Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience. Additional Qualifications. Project management experience working with outside stakeholders. Proficiency with MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with survey-based data collection tools. Ability to work with direction and work independently, as well as communicate effectively within a team environment. Ability to produce quality work and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field, AND 3-4 years of related project management or research coordination experience. Department faculty provide clinical services in 5 hospitals, 14 primary care locations, and several outpatient sites in addition to telepsychiatry consultations to more than 150 clinics in Washington and beyond. As the only academic psychiatry department serving the five state WWAMI region (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho), the Department’s highly competitive residency training program is largely responsible for developing the mental health workforce in the Pacific Northwest. The Department’s robust research portfolio totals $65 million in grants and contracts per year for projects ranging from clinical neurosciences to treatment development to health policy and population health. The Department’s research mission involves over 100 faculty. The Department is recognized as an international leader in developing, testing, and implementing Collaborative Care, an integrated care model increasingly seen as a solution for population-based mental health care. Other areas of excellence include Addictions, Autism, High Risk Youth, Neurosciences, and Trauma, and the Department is developing innovative new programs in Technology and Mental Health, Global Mental Health, Maternal and Child Mental Health, and Targeted Intervention Development.
