Define and drive global growth strategies across Competitive Displacement, Safety, F&G, and TSI portfolios. - Lead cross-functional programs aligning sales, product, engineering, and strategy teams. - Drive competitive displacement initiatives and installed base expansion. - Build and manage executive-level customer relationships and strategic partnerships. - Lead global program execution, governance, and performance tracking. - Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation to achieve growth targets. Key Outcomes - Increased pipeline and revenue growth across horizontals. - Improved win rates and competitive displacement success. - Expansion of installed base and upsell opportunities. - Stronger customer relationships and market penetration. YOU MUST HAVE: - 10 years experience in Process or Industrial Automation. - Proven experience in business development, program leadership, or strategy. - Ability to influence without authority in matrix organizations. - Strong commercial and customer engagement skills. - Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving. - Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
