Establish district & regional goals and objectives to grow Industrial Tool revenue opportunities within the industrial sector. Develop and implement strategies to identify revenue opportunities within the industrial sector to meet district and/or regional goals and objectives. Grow the revenue within the Industrial Tool cat/classes of equipment within the assigned Region by prospecting and obtaining new customers. Identify customer’s fleet, quality and safety expectations and provide direction for implementation of these requirements in purchasing, equipment maintenance procedures and on-site project management. Identify and develop new market opportunities as well as understand market dynamics, customer segmentation and key customers. Develop operational efficiencies pertaining to outages and turnarounds. Work alongside Industrial Services Project Managers to implement best practices during on-site project execution. Stay abreast of changing safety requirements within Industrial plants and facilities. Communicate with other Industrial Tool Specialists to pass leads, ideas and opportunities. Communicate and integrate assigned Industrial National Accounts and/or Master Service Agreements within the Industrial Services Region. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 2-5 years of direct sales and/or project management experience within the heavy equipment industry required. Industrial Tool equipment background preferred. Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must. Must be a results-driven sales professional. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management. Working knowledge of different phases of Industrial construction & maintenance, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification. Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and ability. Highly organized and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently. Base Pay Range: $42,000.00 - 78,098.16 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
