Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Receptionist is a first point of contact for the company with the importance to create a welcoming and professional environment, representing the company and its brand. This role has primary responsibility to manage the front desk through welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner and providing administrative support. Responsibilities: Professionally manage the front desk, including but not limited to, helping visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, including notifying employees when visitors arrive, maintain front desk and all common office areas in a neat and organized manner, and answer general inquiries (telephone, email, and walk-in) to provide individuals with relevant information. Answer incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate party, and provide information as needed. May receive daily incoming mail/deliveries/faxes. May help maintain supplies, including assisting employees with supply needs, and may re-order supplies to replenish inventory, etc. Provide platform locations with administrative support including, but not limited to, calendar coordination and scheduling, maintaining inventories and databases, recordkeeping, and preparing reports, letters, or other types of communication. Provide assistance for office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions, and other activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a demonstrated attention to detail. Communicate and interact positively, effectively, and professionally with all, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work well independently and work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint with experience collaborating efficiently in M 365 (One. Drive, MS Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Applied Epic is a plus. Education/ Experience:High School Degree/ Diploma or higher is desired. Office experience preferred.
