Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 5 years of professional engineering experience. Engineering In Training (EIT) certification required or Professional Engineer licensure (P. E.) preferred. Proficiency in computer modeling software, including: AutoCAD Civil 3 D, Hydro. CAD, and Storm Sewers. Ability and desire to mentor junior staff.
