Job Description:Terex Utilities is seeking a Shop Services Intern. This hands-on, paid internship will work with the Utilities Services team to service and repair a variety of mobile hydraulic equipment. What You Will Do:Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems within truck-mounted mobile equipment. Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Utilize Services Software and other related computer programs. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment. What It Takes:18 Years of age or older. High School degree or GED - Entry level experience or recent graduation from a Technical School that teaches technical skills related to trouble-shooting, services and repair of truck-mounted hydraulic equipment. Ability to work 40 hours per week for 6 months. Positive and safety-centered mindset and enthusiastic learner. Strong shop math skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Tool box equipped with basic tools. The compensation for this position is $18-24 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
