Work towards your future advancement within the companymost of our supervisors and managers are promoted from within Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Gaming Department, including data entry, recordkeeping, filing, and document management. Track gaming license expirations and ensure all required licenses remain current and compliant with regulatory requirements by proactively monitoring deadlines and coordinating renewals. Coordinate training sessions for new and existing team members, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking completion status. Monitor team member compliance with company policies and procedures, documenting concerns and escalating issues to management as appropriate. Review operations for compliance with ICM - Ps and regulatory requirements, identifying potential risks and assisting with corrective actions. Analyze player development and rating practices to ensure consistency with business goals and revenue optimization strategies. Maintain inventory of office and operational supplies to ensure departmental readiness. Prepare, review, and analyze schedules, dealer rotations, and staffing practices to recommend efficiencies and support operational needs. Administer and review reporting functions such as payroll, attendance, and performance evaluations, ensuring accuracy and identifying trends for leadership review. Interpret, apply, and assist in training team members on company policies, procedures, and regulatory updates. Serve as a liaison between team members and leadership by communicating operational concerns and recommending practical solutions. Maintain a professional, positive, and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions with guests, employees, and vendors. Accept coaching and performance feedback in a professional and constructive manner. Maintain compliance with all appearance and uniform standards. Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality as essential functions of the position. Perform additional duties and special projects assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives. Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting Skills, Education and Other Requirements: Intermediate English reading and writing skills. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Communication skills that contribute to smooth working relationships with co-workers 3 years of administration experience. Knowledge of dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and House Banked Poker Games. Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License. Ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure. Must have knowledge of gaming operations. In-depth knowledge of Colorado Gaming regulations. Intermediate computer skills. Must have a valid Colorado Gaming License.
