Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Assist with coaching, training, and motivating team members to ensure exceptional customer service. Deliver elevated shopping experiences by engaging customers, educating them on products, and guiding eyewear selection. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock organization. Collaborate with opticians, lab technicians, and optical sales associates to ensure smooth in-store operations. Track and review KPIs to help identify opportunities and support action plans. Open and close the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Support promotional campaigns and clientele efforts. Uphold Eye Pieces’ service and brand standards in every customer interaction. Will support efforts to gain professional certifications to grow in this career field (ABO-NCLE). Experience: 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion environments. At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred. Optical or healthcare-related experience is a plus but not required. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with diverse clientele and team members in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium service experience. Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
