Security Operations Support Conduct security patrols of assigned areas to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activities. Monitor access points and enforce visitor management protocols as directed. Respond to security incidents according to established procedures and escalation protocols. Assist with crowd management and traffic control during special events or emergency situations. Observation & Reporting Maintain vigilant observation for suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security concerns. Document all security activities, incidents, and observations in daily logs and reports. Communicate security information clearly to supervisors and team members. Provide detailed shift handover information to ensure continuity of security operations. Emergency Response Respond to emergency situations according to established protocols and procedures. Assist with evacuations, shelter-in-place, or other emergency response activities as directed. Provide basic first aid or CPR if properly trained and authorized to do so. Support coordination with external emergency responders when required. Professional Conduct Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty. Interact with employees, visitors, and the public in a courteous and respectful manner. Follow all company policies, security procedures, and post orders. Participate in security training and professional development activities as required.
