Vinci XI/ MAKO, ROSA), Gen, ENT, Hands GYN, Urology. Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized service Teams. Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day’s cases. Maintain Sterile field during procedures. Handing instruments to surgeons, anticipating surgeon’s needs. Maintaining and updating preference cards . OR Suites 1 Cysto Room 1 minor procedure room. Anticipating an addition of two new O - Rs by Oct 2025 Approx. 600-700 cases per month. Schedule:36 hrs/ week-2 x 12-hour shifts- Saturday and Sunday additional day during the week TBD during interviews with OR manager. No Call Required Additional $10/hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts. The role requires a six-month commitment to the weekend option. One year of experience in a surgical setting preferred. Experience in a specialty field preferred. HS Diploma/ GED required. Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program required. BLS from the American Heart Association required. Current registration with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) as a surgical technologist for associates working in Colorado. - A person performing Surgical Tech functions within the scope of another Colorado license, certification, or registration does not need to register as a Surgical Tech required. Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Certification as a Tech in Surgery (CST) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required.
