The Epic Trainer will design, develop, and maintain system training materials and methods for end users inorder to drive value across Revenue Cycle. Administer training sessions, including attendance proficiencyassessment and class evaluation at the end of each session for Epic. Collaborate with Epic teams to ensure that training materials are developed and maintained tosupport project time lines. Achieve an in-depth understanding of the application policies and workflows. Achieve an in-depth understanding of operational workflow. Understand and translate the functionality of the application configuration and workflow intotraining sessions. Develop and implement credentialed training programs and materials to support end users. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in support of training initiatives. Develop and maintain the master training environment. Leverage available reporting and analytics to determine opportunities. Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or related field required. Three or more years extensive experience in managingsystem training, user access and credentialing. High level of technical understanding and proficiency inhost system functionality, integration, and education. Must be a strategic thinker and insightful decisionmaker with ability to analyze and solve problems and have demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to direct changes to existing routines or practices to meet changing organizational needs. Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to educate and interact with all levels of healthcare professionals.
