How you’ll make an impact in this role Partner with your RN preceptor to support patient care through observation, documentation and clear communication. Assist with physician and nursing care plans to help deliver safe, coordinated care. Monitor, communicate and document changes in patient condition. Strengthen clinical thinking and judgement through structured transition-to-practice experiences that support safe, competent, person-centered care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education:Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. What
