Manage the admissions process from inquiry to residents admission, ensure timely documentation, and track census data. Serve as the primary liaison to families. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. Promote the facility in the community and identify new referral opportunities. Develop local marketing plans, organize events, and manage online presence. Collaborate on branding and messaging with the corporate team. Work closely with internal teams to align census goals, provide updates on referrals, and ensure staff preparedness for incoming residents. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of customer service experience in healthcare. Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology. Degree in healthcare management, medical social work, or marketing. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Education and Experience: Experience in a fast-paced environment. Degree in health care management, medical social work or marketing preferred. Exposure to and understanding of the health delivery system, medical vocabulary, and background in sales preferred.
