How you’ll make an impact in this role Partner with clinical operation executives to translate care team needs and regulatory requirements into scalable technology specifications. Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of electronic medical record systems to improve overall clinical user experience. Evaluate and redesign complex clinical and business workflows to eliminate operational inefficiencies through tailored system solutions. Develop advanced data solutions, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to empower leadership with actionable performance metrics. Lead change management initiatives and end-user education programs to ensure high adoption rates for newly implemented technologies. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/ Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
