Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of sophisticated transactional documents related to real estate, easements, government and municipal law, land use, entitlements, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Advise clients on business transactions, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic contract negotiation. Independently manage transactions from initial structuring through closing and post-closing activities. Partner closely with clients, senior attorneys, and cross-functional business teams to ensure seamless execution of legal matters. Conduct thorough legal research to provide clear, actionable recommendations on complex transactional and corporate law issues. Maintain and grow strong client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and mentor junior attorneys and support staff. Qualifications & Skills Juris Doctor (J. D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Idaho State Bar (or immediate eligibility to waive in). 5-7 years of dedicated transactional experience within a law firm environment. Proven track record handling commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
