Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and Symbility following mitigation and contents restoration. Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout. Collaborate closely with mitigation teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions into reconstruction. Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives. Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism. Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in restoration estimating or project management (minimum of 1 year required). Strong knowledge of Xactimate and Symbility software. IICRC certification is preferred but not required. Proven ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously. Must be proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently without micromanagement. Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent communication skills - "people person" mindset.
