Channel Development Representative – Owl Labs: Channel Development Representatives (CD - Rs) are responsible for driving growth across a large portfolio of Owl Labs channel partners through high-frequency outbound engagement. In this role, you will generate pipeline, increase partner activity, and accelerate revenue by executing consistent outreach, delivering clear value messaging, and turning daily conversations into net-new opportunities. You’ll engage partners across calls, emails, and follow-ups to create momentum, reactivate dormant accounts, and ensure Owl Labs remains top of mind. Own a large portfolio of reseller and distribution partners, maintaining consistent, high-volume outbound engagement (calls, emails, and follow-ups). Execute daily call activity to drive partner engagement, pipeline creation, and awareness of Owl Labs priorities. Follow structured outreach cadences to connect with partners, generate interest, and create or progress opportunities. Identify opportunities within partner accounts and route, support, or advance them based on defined sales plays. Reinforce Owl Labs’ value proposition through frequent, repeatable messaging across a high number of partner interactions. Support onboarding and reactivation efforts by engaging new, inactive, or low-performing partners and driving first steps toward productivity. Deliver or assist with short, repeatable enablement conversations (1:1 or small group) focused on products, promotions, and immediate selling motions. Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, including activity tracking, opportunity notes, and next steps. Monitor partner responsiveness and engagement levels, prioritizing outreach to maximize coverage and impact across the book of business. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate opportunities, remove blockers, and ensure timely follow-through on partner needs. What Will You Need to Succeed? Experience in inside sales, business development, or high-volume outbound roles with a strong focus on call activity and pipeline generation. Comfort managing a large book of business with the ability to maintain consistent, high daily activity levels (calls, emails, follow-ups). Strong work ethic and self-discipline, with the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and execute against activity targets. Confidence in phone-based selling, including initiating conversations, handling basic objections, and clearly communicating value propositions. Ability to follow structured processes, messaging, and cadences while maintaining a positive, professional partner experience. Coachability and willingness to improve through feedback, call reviews, and ongoing skill development. Basic CRM proficiency (or ability to learn quickly) to track activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with repetitive outreach and frequent rejection. Interest in technology and channel sales; prior exposure to reseller or distribution models is helpful but not required. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $10,000.00 annually.
