Part-time warehouse representative - working 5 days per week for 4 hours each day, resulting in 20 hours of work per week. All applicants must be able to work either Sunday - Thursday, 3 PM - 7 PM; or Tuesday - Saturday, 3 PM - 7 PM. This job involves coordinating warehouse inspections, equipment preparation, distribution, customer account management, and shipping/receiving duties. It includes maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient material handling. Job Description. Responsibilities:Coordinating inspection, preparation, and distribution of customer equipment, including initial assessments and inventory organization. Overseeing the shipment process, packing items, and handling the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Performing regular inventory counts, documenting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate stock records. Entering data related to customer premises equipment (CPE) and stock into designated databases and systems. Providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and issues. Assisting with inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking of materials and equipment. Collaborating with field personnel to ensure timely issuance and return of equipment and materials. Supporting the maintenance of warehouse organization and safety standards to facilitate efficient operations. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
