Shift: 1st What’s a typical day as Order Management Coordinator? You’ll be: Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications to and from various countries. Managing customer orders from entry through to receipt of product, ensuring on-time order status and critical communication. Collecting, reviewing, approving, generating, and processing monthly master orders for different countries or markets. Reviewing orders, generating acknowledgments, and comparing order quantities to forecasts and inventory levels for accuracy. Collaborating with supply chain, demand analysts, and country managers to align forecasts and production schedules. Facilitating regular calls with regional operations and home office representatives to review open orders and recommend changes. Overseeing product allocation for shipment, building containers in the system, generating shipping documentation, and pick lists. Ensuring export documentation is accurate and compliant, and tracking shipments from origin to destination. Managing new product communications and advising on availability and projections. Serving as a liaison for regulatory communications and maintaining compliance with departmental SOPs and company policies. Preparing required documents in Word and Excel, maintaining country tables, and attending meetings as needed. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams. Are adaptable, accountable, and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Bring knowledge of inventory management, import/export processes, and supply chain coordination (preferred). Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
