Use hand tools (such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters) and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Perform packing operations, including packaging parts into cartons and using auto tape dispensers. Partner with the Quality Control Team to ensure all standard operating procedures and quality standards are met. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following all company safety guidelines and procedures. Foster a collaborative workplace by communicating respectfully, resolving conflicts proactively, and supporting team goals. Accept and implement feedback from leadership to enhance performance and product quality. Take on additional duties as assigned to help meet team goals and project requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting using tools to assemble products is preferred. Ability to perform repetitive movements and handle lightweight components (up to 10 lbs per part). Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions accurately. Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
