What’s a typical day as Chat Support Agent? You’ll be: - Providing help desk assistance and direction on chat to dealership service, parts, and warranty departments, fielding general inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, service, or repair. - Documenting all cases with required information, searching databases for similar matches, and closing out completed cases. - Analyzing decisions from the customer's viewpoint and recommending actions that align with customer needs and values. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - Have good interpersonal and communication skills, with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM. - Bring two or more years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in automotive service or IT. - Hold a high school diploma (AA degree preferred) and possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
