(Relationship building);Participating in projects that are run across STMJ and contribute to projects within Elsevier that require STMJ representation. This could be relevant for the particular department, related to a pilot for a new product, service or business model or even to improving certain processes within our organization. Requirements. Have a university degree;Have relevant STM publishing experience, including experience in open access and working with societies, with a proven track record of realizing goals, and of making a difference to a program;Display excellent networking and communication skills in English;Able to adapt to change, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work equally well collaboratively or independently with colleagues and customers at different levels, in different locations, and from different cultures, in a deadline-oriented environment;Are data-driven mindset and a keen interest in new online developments;Have financial and commercial awareness, with strategic awareness and eye for business development;Are results-oriented with a strong can-do attitude;Have willingness to travel.
