About the role: Own End to End transformation projects within the OTDS Billing landscapeSupport various phases of transformation project work; including prework, development, deployment and post-deployment activities. Utilize process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global transformation projects that impact the results of the company. Prepare and present to leadership current state and future state analyses, testing and training plans and materials, cutover and deployment strategies. Develop user stories to document business requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments. Gain a deep understanding of the business by facilitating workshops to capture business and IT partner objectives, pain-points, and opportunities, and translate them into world class processes and technology enablers. Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners and anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive)Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes. Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture. Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to operational strategy / Enterprise goals. Assist team in prioritization of workload, paint a picture to influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across staffs, think through key analysis assumptions. Requirements:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field 5 years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management 2 years of relevant work experience leading transformational solutions. Knowledge of SAP R 3/ S 4/ HANA structure and functionality. Ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results. Ability to mentor and develop others. Affinity for innovation and/or technology and with analytical tools and techniques. Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Global Tech Center, HQ Warren Mi three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]Relocation: This role is NOT eligible for relocation benefits.
