As a Senior Consultant, Scientist, you'll play a critical part in helping organizations understand and manage environmental risks tied to property transactions and site operations. By delivering high-quality environmental assessments and investigations, you’ll enable informed decision-making that protects people, communities, and long-term business value. What Your Impact Is:Deliver Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments that guide high-stakes commercial and industrial transactions. Contribute to accurate environmental risk evaluations through field sampling, data analysis, and reporting. Support safe and compliant project execution aligned with regulatory and ASTM standards. Grow into increasing responsibility for task and project management while working alongside industry experts. What You'll Bring:Required. Bachelor’s degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, environmental science, environmental management, or a related discipline 2–5 years of relevant experience, including internships or early-career roles. Strong communication, organization, and technical writing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing project needs. Commitment to health and safety protocols. Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred. Experience conducting Phase I ES - As and Phase II site investigations. Field experience with soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion sampling. Familiarity with ASTM standards and environmental due diligence processes. Exposure to coordinating subcontractors (drilling, labs, surveying)Key Responsibilities:Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in line with ASTM standards. Perform fieldwork including soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water sampling; oversee drilling and well installation activities. Support and lead field investigations, including vapor intrusion and aquifer testing. Coordinate subcontractors such as drilling crews, surveyors, and laboratories. Analyze data and prepare technical reports, work plans, figures, and spreadsheets. Ensure health and safety requirements are implemented across all project phases. Manage multiple project tasks within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leaders to successfully deliver client projects.
