STAFFING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ SALES MANAGER (Hybrid)FUNCTION: Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit. REPORTS TO: Owner/ Strategic-Partner and/or Branch Manager WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB? Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships. Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets. Foster relationships with new clients. EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience. H. S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees. One plus year experience in outside sales. Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills with Google Drive, MS Office and various other softwares. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally. Spanish is a PLUS! Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures outlined in company policies. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math skills, including: addition, subtraction, division and percentages. REASONING ABILITY:Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement and discretion according to company policies and to ensure profitability. Base Salary Range: $40-60 K BENEFITS COMMISSION - Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
