As Field Relations Coach, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:Identifies, develops, and delivers targeted sales training programs and initiatives required to build a high performing sales force. Coaches and teaches all aspects of consultative selling practices, processes, software platforms, and CRM systems. Provides In-person field coaching with Account Executives/ Clinical Liaisons within their territory and accounts. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and sales techniques. Coaches sales team in identifying what is relevant to different audiences, provides instruction on applying specific process skills and opportunities, as well as how to build strong customer partner relationships and loyalty. Participates in and develops best practice sales workshops with a focus on organizational principles, sales, and business development. What is Required? Associate’s Degree Communication, Business, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered . years’ experience in Home Health and/or Hospice industry is required . years’ experience in sales training or sales leadership is required. Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state. Must be willing and able to travel to meet business needs. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication. You will report to the Associate Vice President Enterprise Sales.
