The CIP Sanitation Technician is responsible to ensure the equipment, conveyors and facility are cleaned and verify that all cleaning practices are being followed. This position will clean and/or sanitize all equipment including food contact surfaces following strict standard operating procedures, strict good manufacturing procedures and strict food safety laws and accurately document the procedures. Will perform cleaning and sanitation duties for multiple departments under time sensitive conditions. Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 5 am-3:30 pm. Pay: Starting at $19/hr (More for well qualified candidates)Location: Clackamas. Duties. Cleans the beverage processing equipment and manufacturing equipment, COP (clean out of place) and CIP (clean in place). Removes machine guards and accessories. Cleans floors and conveyors around machines. Uses floor scrubber/sweeper in warehouse areas. Pasteurizer cleaning. Pressure washing. Grease removal under fillers Qualifications. Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar food or beverage manufacturing setting. At least 2 professional references at recent companies.
