Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating workflow, assisting with inventory control, supporting forklift operators, and helping train and lead team members. Teladoc (online care)Referral Bonus Incentive. Weekly Pay 401 k. And More! Warehouse Floor Lead – 2nd Shift Details:Temporary position$22.02 to $24.02 /hour. Full Time work available. Weekend work required. Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:30 pm to 11:00 pm)Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and support forklift operators and warehouse staff. Assist with training, coaching, and leading team members on 2nd shift operations. Perform inventory control duties using RF scanners, cycle counts, and discrepancy research. Monitor safety procedures, complete equipment inspections, and maintain GMP/ Food Safety standards. Communicate daily priorities, track shipments, and complete warehouse documentation and administrative tasks. Warehouse Floor Lead – 2nd Shift Qualifications:Previous warehouse experience required; leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred. Stand-up forklift operating experience and basic inventory or clerical knowledge. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying warehouse conditions, including noise, dust, and temperature changes. Strong communication, organizational, math, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work flexible schedules, including overtime or weekends as needed.
