The Plate Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plate press equipment used in the production of flexographic printing plates. This role ensures plates meet quality standards, production schedules, and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm)Printing press, flexographic, or plate-making experience. Forklift experience. Experience working in a production or industrial environment. Set up and operate plate press and production equipment. Review work orders and production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production standards. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment cleaning Must be able to do math (add, subtract, divide, multiplication) Plate Press Operator Qualifications:Resume required for consideration. Minimum height requirement of 5'9" due to equipment accessibility and operational needs. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to work overtime as needed.
