MAJOR JOB DUTIES: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Adhere strictly to all Gaming regulations. Verify cash turn ins from operating departments. Verify several types of cash paid outs. Verify cashier's banks. Prepare accountability to determine daily revenue. Prepare daily bank deposit on revenue. Cash customer checks cashing within prescribed limits. Ensure all transactions are accurate. Must provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests. Perform related work as requested. Enroll new members in the Players Club and assist existing members. Effectively communicate the benefits of Players Club membership to all guests. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions, events and unique offers throughout the property and effectively communicate to guests. Fulfill all promotional offers to be redeemed at the club, including coupons, prizes, redemptions, entertainment tickets and drawing tickets. Operate point of sale register handling cash and credit cards accurately for entertainment ticket sales. Participate and assist in any needed capacity with all casino and property-wide events. Maintain knowledge of other departments and M Resort entities, their location and how to reach a particular supervisor or manager. BRING US YOUR BEST. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year main Cage and/or Player Club experience. Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. Knowledge of Player Services operation. Full knowledge and understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers. Knowledge of Title 31. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent. SKILLS: LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATE/ LICENSE: Gaming License
