Plans, coordinates, and manages the onboarding portion for team members. Works as a liaison between the department and educational operations. The Onboarding Coordinator's role is to provide an outstanding onboarding and growth experience. What you will do. Plans, coordinates and manages all facets of onboarding and implementing those plans with the direct leadership team. Focuses on positive culture through process improvement and educational planning. Ensures all onboarding and retention plans are effectively communicated to the leadership team and implementation dates with time lines are developed and followed. Ensures efficient communication between support service staff and leadership when planning and coordinating an improvement project. Creates and manages online learning modules, training documents and check lists to create a smooth, efficient and effective process to ensure retention of staff. Creates and maintain relationships with new and existing staff and leadership. Ensures that every new team member is onboarded effectively no matter the role the staff member holds. Works with leadership to ensure a well communicated and positive onboarding experience for every team member. Assists in guiding the Culture Committee. Essential Qualifications. The individual must be able to work the hours specified. Preferred Education, License/ Certification, or Work Experience:Associate's 1-3 years Related experience in a similar role and/or within the hospitality industry
