Manage the accounting and analysis of global cash incentive and share-based compensation programs, including Board of Directors and executive compensation. Support equity plan administration through close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and the company’s third-party recordkeeper. Assist global accounting teams with the preparation, review, and issuance of statutory financial statements, including support for 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy filings. Lead or contribute to presentations, cross-functional initiatives, and special projects as needed. Required Skills / Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management, external auditors, and team members. A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process enhancement. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented approach, commitment to learning, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Minimum Hiring Requirements:2–4 years of relevant accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Big 4 public accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred. Demonstrated ability to research and apply U.S. GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SAP experience is a plus.
