Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities: Loading and unloading product from railcars, trucks, totes, and drums with raw materials and finished products Drumming product and storing finished product in the warehouse, forklift use is required Manage paperwork and necessary SAP data input Run quality and analytical testing on in-process and finished products in the Laboratory Operate batch processes, filtration, pumping systems, and troubleshoot any issues Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Managing and coordinating permits and maintenance work Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer. Must be able and willing to perform with or without reasonable accommodation: bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Basic computer skill Ability to work overtime Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Must be able to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience operating a forklift Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems Prior experience in production related work Experience with loading and unloading bulk liquids from railcars or trucks Experience and/or basic operating knowledge of batch processes, filtration, and pumping systems High school diploma/ GED equivalent
