In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently Kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations Handle, identify, and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards Support daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization Cross-train and provide support in other departments as business needs require Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor Who You Are: You work well in a team environment and build positive working relationships through clear communication and cooperation. For This Role, You Will Need: High school diploma or equivalent experience Effective communication skills Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment Our Culture and Commitment To You:
