As a management trainee at ASML, you will rotate through four assignments, each lasting 9 months, gaining experience in areas such as Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Planning & Delivery, Customer Support, or IT. Each assignment will apply your technical expertise and critical thinking to problem solving. As a management trainee (in technology), you will:Participate in rotational assignments, each with technical components and concrete deliverables. Prepare and present findings to management. Work in an inclusive environment with projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, innovation, management and/or product development, with focus areas such as ESG sustainability or cost reduction. Follow a tailored learning journey to develop your leadership skills, strategic mindset, and interpersonal capabilities. To succeed as an ASML management trainee, you must perform well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will need:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Optical Engineering; Computer Science; Software Engineering; Data Engineering; Physics. Prior internship experience at ASML or other semiconductor-related company preferred. Prior experience in leadership positions in clubs or organizations a plus. Position is based in San Diego, CA and trainees must work the schedule of their rotational group which may require 5 days on site. Must be willing to travel 30% of the time - domestically and internationally, including two-3 month project assignments. Rotational assignments may require working in a clean room environment, which includes wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the entire duration of shift.
