' Assist with opening and closing procedures of the assign areas. ' Understand and analyze custodial, event, and maintenance conditions, trends, and facility usage patterns to recommend process improvements, optimize scheduling, and reduce response times for reported issues. ' Utilize data from events and facility operations to identify recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to implement proactive maintenance strategies. ' Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations, including work order completion times, repair needs, event setup and breakdowns and staffing efficiency, providing regular updates to management. ' Assist in creating reports to monitor facility usage, event needs, student staff performance, and maintenance activity, ensuring data-driven decision-making in daily operations. ' Provide insights from facility and staffing data to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce operational downtime. ' Collaborate on the development of standardized workflows for event needs and maintenance requests, leveraging data to ensure consistent service quality and streamlined operations.
