Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages Cash handling and drawer reconciliation Clean, sanitize and maintain the store Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed Stay up-to-date with personalized online training Consistent communication with Baristas, Store Manager and Regional Manager Assist store manager or regional manager with goals and performance expectations Understanding and training in store manager duties included but not limited to: deposits, scheduling, inventory and orders, staff interviews, performance reviews and growth Additional duties as assigned Travel between stores: up to 2 hours one way WHO WE ARE Established in 1998, Scooter's Coffee has distinguished itself as one of the premiere specialty coffee companies in the industry.
