The technician will be instrumental in identifying and documenting any deviations, contributing directly to the integrity of the equipment being produced. Success in this position requires a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed inspections of various manufactured parts. Verify component compliance with specifications and quality standards. Document and report nonconformities for further action. Operate precision measuring equipment accurately. Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes. Must-Have Skills: Experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ASME Y 14.5 (GD&T) and reading drawings Familiarity with machined parts, sheet metal, powder coat, and welding Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with machined parts, sheet metal fabrication, and powder coating processes, is crucial for this role.
