Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing food & beverage team, fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and cost controls. Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community. Work closely with the sales and events teams to ensure seamless execution of banquets and special events. Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a boutique hotel or fine dining environment. Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Passion for hospitality and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Knowledge of industry trends, menu development, and operational efficiencies.
