Outpatient Client Transport Specialist (Part-Time)

The Client Transport Specialist plays a critical role in supporting clients as they engage in treatment services. This position ensures safe, timely, and compassionate transportation while also assisting in maintaining a supportive and secure treatment environment. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes Supervise and support clients during transportation Complete all documentation required for transportation and related services Assist with safety and environment of care initiatives within the outpatient office Complete all trainings required by Pyramid Healthcare and accrediting/licensing bodies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience High School diploma or GED preferred Experience providing healthcare or client transportation preferred Licensure & Certifications Valid driver’s license (must remain current) Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of vehicle safety and simple auto maintenance Ability to effectively communicate with both clients and staff Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem-solving Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high-risk situations Ability to provide compassionate, professional support to individuals in recovery Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
