Basic Hiring Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with supplemental experience ( e.g. Aerospace Engineering with experience in software development). 6 years delivering full-stack software solutions on complex, data-intensive programs. Version Control & CI/ CD: Experience with version control software, preferably GitLab (repos, merge requests, pipelines). Software Fundamentals: Strong grasp of design patterns, automated testing, continuous integration, and code quality practices. Familiarity with relational databases, messaging services, REST APIs, and object storage. UI/ UX Design: Ability to design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.
