Your responsibilities may include: Perform daily field operations across assigned wells and facilities in Southeast New Mexico, monitoring equipment and production performance to ensure safe, reliable flow and timely response to operational needs. Inspect tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and pipelines to identify and prevent leaks or operational issues. Gauge tanks to measure crude oil and water levels for safe and efficient transfers. Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment. Maintain chemical injection rates and execute well start-up/shut-in procedures. Enter and validate production data in digital systems to support accurate reporting and decision-making. Participate in facility walk-throughs, safety reviews, and regulatory documentation. Update piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and site security documentation. Respond to alarms and fulfill on-call duties to minimize downtime and resolve field issues. Apply all safety, environmental, and company policies to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.
