Oversee on-going intake, registration, and enrollment updates for assigned program and monitor budget activities. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions
Provide administrative office support for assigned program. Establish and maintain records. Compile data, prepare and submit reports. Assist with the development of account budgets and expenditure and revenue forecasts. Track and monitor expenditures, identify problems, and advise as appropriate. Receive and organize documents and enter data into computer system. Generate internal or external billings, ensure accuracy, resolve enrollment questions, and correct errors. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:1. Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. NOTE: A copy of the transcript reflecting this required education MUST be submitted for consideration and reflect completed coursework and degrees conferred. The candidate must be fully qualified for the position at the time of application .. Experience providing effective customer service .. Effective oral and written communication skills .. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills .. Effective interpersonal and team-oriented skills .. Experience working with account budgets, expenditure and revenue forecasts, compiling data, and preparing reports .. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and to prepare purchase requisitions .. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).9.
