We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regional Manager for Water and Wastewater Services for our Indiana market sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, with proven experience in design of treatment, pumping and storage systems, and ability to build our Water and Wastewater services in Indiana. This role involves business development, client engagement, working on municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols. Primary Functions. Lead marketing and project execution efforts for Water and Wastewater projects in the Indiana market sector. Initiate meetings with potential clients and lead proposal efforts. Act as client liaison for Indiana Water and Wastewater process projects. Assist with project management and project execution in Indiana and other market locations. Prepare and oversee preparation of technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates. Recruit staff to build our Water and Wastewater services in Indiana. Collaborate with multidiscipline departments throughout the firm for successful project execution. Promote cross marketing of other services offered by the firm. Oversee QA/ QC procedures. Qualifications:Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months .0 years of experience or demonstrated ability in water/wastewater treatment design, project management, and business development. Experience in leading marketing efforts and proposal writing. Strong understanding of QA/ QC protocols, IDEM regulations, and state/local environmental compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of process, electrical and controls systems for water and wastewater systems. Knowledge of construction management and field inspection practices. Leadership and oversight of staff Desired Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
