Hellip; Some examples of the work you might do includes: Understands Limbach's vision and directs the branch service department in a manner that aligns with the branch marketing strategy, VTO, niche and stated vertical markets. Participates in strategic account planning designed to increase recurring revenue from captive accounts Organizes, prioritizes and assigns departmental resources around overall support of the branch's top ODR accounts and customers for efficiency, consistency, earned revenue and margin growth. Develops departmental gross profit plans in accordance with the branch's account plans for major customers and house accounts. Redeems departmental gross profit plans in accordance with the branch's annual business plan. Analyzes account performance and opportunity and makes strategic recommendations as required to support planned growth with the top accounts. Maintains effective relationships with counterparts at all the top accounts. Manages and monitors timely execution and profitability of the overall branch maintenance base. Renews all maintenance contracts in the branch for target escalation and pricing levels to successfully meet the target margins of the Company. Manages, monitors and redeems total pull-through from the branch's account base. Collaborates across the branch with Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Area Service Managers, Special Projects Managers and major project operations teams to ensure client needs are met. Mentors Area Service Managers, Associate Area Service Managers and Service Coordinators with a focus on continued development and succession planning. Analyzes mechanical systems to develop repair, replacement, upgrade, or retrofit recommendations for customers, and presents findings/estimates to the customer with the goal of closing a sale. Hires, trains, and develops staff capable of performing the work required to meet customer commitments. Manages department billings and accounts receivable in accordance with prescribed performance targets. Maintains the accuracy of all business records, reports, logs, and data, and submits regular reports to management to communicate booking/selling activity within a specified time frame. Oversees staff to ensure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and accepted by the customer. Assists with the development and redemption of the annual operating plan of the Company. Acts as a team player and assists others in the Company in obtaining or retaining business when needed. Mentors the local Associate Area Service Manager, with a focus on continued development and succession planning. What You Need... 6 years of related employment experience required. Advanced knowledge of the HVAC/controls industry required. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate level computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Capacity to leverage communication/interpersonal skills to develop and enhance business relationships. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, primarily to local job sites. Preferred Qualifications: College degree or advanced education preferred. Previous experience in a mentor, supervisory, or management role is a plus. Conduct Standards: Maintains appropriate Company confidentiality at all times.
