Point of contact for all site safety planning, JS - As, and pre-task planning. Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections to ensure compliance. Collaborate with field teams to coach safe practices, especially those working at heights. Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and required training, including OSHA 10/30, CPR, Fall Protection, Forklift Operation, PPE, and other safety protocols as applicable. Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Ensure company compliance with OSHA, safety laws, and internal safety protocols. Support project safety through job hazard analysis and proactive safety planning. Maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce or similar tracking tools What you Bring:Minimum 3 years in a dedicated Safety role in construction. Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and state standards. Experience working with crews performing high-risk tasks (i.e. working at heights)OSHA 30- Required. OSHA 500-510 Certification - Highly Preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English - Preferred (Written & Verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety, Engineering, or related field. Commercial roofing or similar experience in high-risk construction environments. Authorized OSHA Trainer (preferred)Compensation & Benefits.
