Respond to service requests in a timely manner, including, air conditioning HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool-related repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. Identify hazardous conditions and address thenm immediately. Delivers communication and notices to residents as needed. Provide the best quality customer service to our residents. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions. No third party management. Training opportunities available for motivated candidates 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, vendors, contractors, and management. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required RDGBA
